Charles and Brenda Murray have owned and operated AspenRidge Cabins and RV Park since October 1990. In 2005, we sold the 46 space RV Park after we divided the property into two parcels. The RV Park, 1.99 ac. and the home and cabins, .62 ac. In an agreement with the new owners of the RV Park, we kept the name AspenRidge the same for both business; one, AspenRidge RV Park and the other AspenRidge Cabins, and each has its own Web site.

The business we are selling is AspenRidge Cabins, which includes 7 cabins and an 1,100 Sq. Ft. home along with a small ice business and a 6 X 10 walk-in cooler, two wells, one augmented. At the present time, we are running a summer plus hunting season business; we plan to open in May and close right after the 4th rifle season, which is in November. We run this business as a "Mom & Pop" business, which means we don't hire any help and do all the cabin cleaning and maintenance ourselves. There is a lot of potential business for the ski season which we haven't gone after. The normal year for skiing would start in November and end in on Easter week-end. We are selling the business as we want to retire and spend time with our children and grandchildren.

The cabins are as follows: Cabin #1 is a two bedroom cabin that sets alone and can accomodate 6-8 people, Cabin #2 & 3 are large singles that can accomodate 3-4 people, and cabins #4-7 are single cabins which work out for 2 people and maybe a small child. All cabins have full kitchens, including microwaves, bathrooms and cable TV.
