Aspen Ridge is located on the picturesque Silver Thread Scenic Byway, off of Highway 149 (approximately 1/4 mile northwest
of the junction of Hwy. 160) on the right side of the highway. The nearby town of South Fork is surrounded on three sides
by the Rio Grande National Forest and some of the largest, undisturbed wilderness areas in the country. The outdoor
activities are countless.
The Rio Grande River and the South Fork River are very near and provide excellent trout fishing. If you prefer, there are
many local lakes nearby. For biking, hiking, or ATV's, there are many old logging and mining trails close by for
breath-taking views at nature's finest.
If you're the type that enjoys mingling with others we offer plenty of opportunities without even leaving the facilities. We feature an outdoor area that allows for get-togethers and picnics as well as open fires that capture the wild spirit and beauty of the outdoors.

The log cabins are all modern with kitchens, bathrooms, and color televisions with cable. All linens, pots, & pans are
furnished. Our cabins have one or two bedrooms, with queen or full size beds.
